Best Optical Quality
To provide users with the best optical quality so they can focus on their work, Blue Eagle safety face shields have all passed the highest level of optical testing (Class 1), including spherical refraction, astigmatic refraction, prism refraction, and scattered light.
Protective Film
To ensure the highest quality, we apply a protective film to both sides of the screen to prevent damage or scratches during transportation. Users can easily remove the protective film before use.
Shock Protection:
The safety face shield provides shock protection for both the front and sides.
Aluminum Edge Reinforcement:
Reinforcing the screen edges with aluminum edges further enhances the screen’s impact resistance and allows users to easily bend and adjust the screen to suit their needs.
High-speed impact resistant, 120m/s (55℃, -5℃)
: The face shield is made of extruded polycarbonate with ultra-high impact resistance and can be used in working environments with high temperature of 55℃ and low temperature of -5℃. It can still withstand the impact of a 6mm steel ball at a speed of 120m/s.
Ultraviolet (UV) Protection:
We utilize advanced materials technology to provide users with high-performance UV protection without affecting their color perception. (Note: Color perception refers to the user’s ability to distinguish colors such as red, yellow, green, and blue after wearing the eye protection device.)
Liquid splash resistant.
The large front panel provides excellent visibility and excellent liquid splash resistance.
Flame retardancy:
According to the EU standard test method, one end of an iron rod with a diameter of 6mm and a length of 300mm is heated to 650℃, and the heated end is pressed against the surface of the face shield under test for 5 seconds with its own weight. The safety face shield will not burn or continue to glow red.
Protection against molten metal splashes and hot solid penetration:
The face shield, made of ultra-high molecular weight extruded polycarbonate, has been tested according to EU standards and proven to provide protection against molten metal splashes and hot solid penetration. According to EU standard methods, (1) the face shield effectively prevents molten metal from adhering to the face shield to protect the user’s eyes and face, and (2) a 6 cm diameter steel ball at 900°C cannot penetrate the face shield protection within 5 seconds.
