    How to Return or Exchange an Item

    At Yale Hardware Corporation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

    If you encounter any issues with your item, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange under the following conditions:

    ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

    • Items must be returned within 7 business days of purchase/delivery.

    • Item must be in unused, original condition with complete packaging and receipt.

    • Applicable only to items with factory defects or wrong item delivered.

    PROCESS

    1. Notify us within 7 days.

    2. Once approved, bring the item to the store.

    3. Item will be replaced or refunded via store credit.

    EXCLUSIONS

    • No returns for used, customized, or clearance items.

    • Change-of-mind returns are not allowed unless approved on a case-by-case basis.

    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not covered.

    LEAD TIME

    • Exchanges/refunds are processed within 5–7 business days upon return.
