    • Thanks to 40Vmax XGT Li-Ion battery and BL motor, PV001G has a wider constant-speed range than the competing models; Due to this advantage, even under loaded condition, PV001G can maintain high rotation speed, providing even polishing finish
    • Designed mainly for polishing applications in car painting business
    • Developed, using 40Vmax XGT Li-Ion battery and BL motor, as a solution to the demand for stress-free car body polishing with 180mm (7″) pad
    • BL motor for faster polishing
    • BL motor is electronically controlled to optimize battery energy use for longer run time per charge
    • BL motor eliminates carbon brushes, enabling the BL motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer life
    • Constant speed control maintains constant speed under load, critical for a professional finish
    • Variable speed control dial with indication of max rotation speed; Max rotation speed can be selected to suit application; Range of max rotation speed (600 – 2,200minˉ¹); Lower max rotation speed for polishing curved portions or narrow spaces, or for finish polishing; Higher max rotation speed for scratch removal with polishing compound
    • Two hands type for superior maneuverability
    • Easy-to-grip head shape enables user to easily press the pad to the car body in applications such as scratch removal with polishing compound
    • Reduction of damage to Car body; Battery is positioned in the area less likely to hit car body; Elastomer bumpers are positioned at the portions most likely to hit car body
    • Soft grip provides increased comfort on the job
    • Anti-restart function engineered to minimize motor start up when battery is inserted with switch locked on
    • Soft start for smooth start-ups and less fling off of polish, wax or paste
    • Large 2-finger trigger switch with conveniently-located lock-on button for continuous use and increased operator comfort
    • Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) is engineered for improved dust and water resistance for operation in harsh conditions
    • Wire mesh intake covers to minimize wool fibers from entering the motor
    • Battery protection circuit protects against overloading, over-discharging and over-heating
