How to Order from
Yale Hardware Online Store
STEP 1: Browse
- Navigate through categories or use the search bar to find what you need.
- Click on a product to view full details, specifications, and availability
STEP 2: Add to Cart
- Choose your desired quantity
- Click “Add to Cart”
- Continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking the cart icon on the top of the right screen
STEP 3: Review Your Cart
- Double-check quantities and item descriptions
- Apply any promo codes or vouchers
- Click “Proceed to Checkout” when ready
STEP 4: Enter Your Details
- Fill out your shipping information (Name, Address, Contact Number, Email)
- Choose your delivery option: Standard Delivery or Pick-up
STEP 5: Choose Payment Method
Select your preferred payment method:
- Bank Transfer (BPI/BDO/Chinabank)
- GCash
- Cash on Delivery (for select areas)
- Credit/Debit Card (via secure payment gateway)
STEP 6: Confirm and Pay
- Review your order summary
- Click “Place Order”
- You will receive an Order Confirmation email with instructions if payment is pending
STEP 7: Delivery or Pick-up
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Please wait for our text message regarding your order status
- Free delivery within Metro Manila for orders ₱2,500.00 and up. Free delivery in Cavite and Laguna for orders ₱10,000.00 and up. Terms and conditions apply.
- For nationwide shipping, we will notify you of the shipping cost via text message. Your order will be dispatched once the shipping fee has been fully settled.
- For Pick-up, you’ll be notified when your order is ready
