Returns & Exchange Policy
At Yale Hardware Corporation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you encounter any issues with your item, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange under the following conditions:
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:
- Items must be returned within 7 business days of purchase/delivery.
- Item must be in unused, original condition with complete packaging and receipt.
- Applicable only to items with factory defects or wrong item delivered.
PROCESS:
- Notify us via phone, email, or in-store within 7 days.
- Provide clear photos for online orders showing the issue.
- Once approved, you may return the item or have it picked up (if applicable).
- Item will be exchanged or refunded (store credit or same payment method)
EXCLUSIONS:
- No returns for used, customized, or clearance items.
- Change-of-mind returns are not allowed unless approved on a case-by-case
basis. - Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not covered.
LEAD TIME:
- Exchanges/refunds are processed within 5–7 business days upon return.
